A welcoming page starts with careful sharing.
A few clear business details and real photos can say a great deal. This guide helps you send what is useful while keeping private information out of your listing.
Send business information only.
Your listing needs information about your business, not the private stories or records of the people you care for. Please keep resident information out of the DIY form, email, order notes, photos and public profile.
Materials for your business page
- A current introduction, brochure or service description.
- Real photos of unoccupied rooms and shared spaces that you may use.
- Your public business contact and existing listing link.
- A public licensing-record link; a license image only if needed.
- Business rates, payment arrangements and care-service facts you want included in your profile.
Private or sensitive material
- Resident or patient records, diagnoses, assessments and admission forms.
- Identifiable residents or visitors, including reflections and background images.
- Charts, medication labels, room-name boards and private schedules.
- Employee files, personal identification and government benefit identifiers.
- Passwords, payment-card numbers and financial account details.
Check each photo before you send it.
- Use a current photo of your actual care setting. Choose natural light and an angle that shows the space honestly. Avoid edits that add a feature, change dimensions or hide a material condition.
- Look at the full image, including mirrors, screens and paperwork. Choose another image if it reveals a person or private information.
- Label the image with the room or feature it shows. Tell us which photos are intended for the public gallery and which business documents are for private profile preparation only.
- Remove unnecessary location metadata from gallery copies where practical, and keep the original files in your own business records.
- BCM’s illustrative website photography does not establish what any listed facility looks like. Your profile’s facility gallery must represent your own setting.
License photos and source documents are not ordinary gallery images. Where an official record is available, a link can reduce the need to send a copy. Do not send a personal ID to prove ownership through ordinary email.
Upload through your provider account.
After a $99 Assisted or $299 Complete Setup purchase, open your uploads in the same account. Assisted customers upload finished wording, business information and photos. Complete Setup customers upload existing business documents and real facility photos for Sophi Garcia to create their profile.
Keep supporting business documents separate from photos selected for your public gallery. Only appropriate business materials belong here. Leave out resident records, personal identification, passwords and payment-card details.
Submit your materials when they are ready for setup. Sophi Garcia’s personal review within 24 hours of upload submission applies only to $299 Complete Setup.
Keep a copy as your page takes shape.
Use the account connected to your purchase. DIY customers save their profile in the workspace; Assisted and Complete Setup customers submit files through the account upload area. Keep your original business files and photos.
Keep your downloaded backup somewhere you control. A backup can include management-only details as well as public profile text, so do not post it publicly. On a shared device, avoid leaving private drafts behind.
Look for the saved or submitted status before leaving. Return to the same account to continue your DIY work or view the files and progress for your setup service.
Public content is intentional.
After payment, your upload submission authorizes setup and publication of your supplied business facts and the photos you selected for your gallery. Only $299 Complete Setup includes Sophi Garcia’s personal profile creation and review. Supporting documents stay private and do not become public gallery images.
Send supporting documents separately from the photos you choose for your public gallery. Anyone with a public image URL may be able to view or copy that image. Do not rely on an unlinked page or an obscure filename to protect a private document.
If AI assists with drafting or transcription, only appropriate business material should be used in an approved tool. Any drafting must stay within the facts in your supplied materials and your content authorization. This workflow is not an invitation to submit resident information to an AI service.
Use your provider account for business listing materials. Keep resident records, passwords, personal identification and payment-card details out of uploads and support messages.
Reach us without resending sensitive material.
