Photos and helpful documents

Your phone photos are a good place to start.

There is no need for a professional photo session to begin. Send the real spaces and materials you already have. These ideas are a guide, not a required photo set.

For your future photo gallery

Show the spaces you would welcome a family into.

A few clear photos are enough to start. Choose the spaces that apply to your care setting.

  • Your entrance or the front of the building
  • A shared living, activity or dining area
  • A bedroom and bathroom, if you offer residential rooms
  • An outdoor space, if available

Use current, original photos of your actual setting. Hold the phone steady, use natural light, and label each image with what it shows. Choose unoccupied spaces and avoid filters or edits that change the room or suggest features you do not have.

Supporting business documents

Send existing business materials if they help.

If your current license is already on file, send it again only when something has changed or we ask for it. Otherwise, a clear photo of the public-facing facility license or a link to the official record can help.

  • Show the full page clearly, including the printed business name, address, license type and number
  • Include the state if the document does not make it clear
  • A current brochure, service description or rate sheet may answer several questions
  • If a document does not apply to your setting, just tell us

We keep license photos and supporting documents out of your gallery. We use the official licensing source to check public license facts where available; a photo alone does not verify current status. We’ll confirm which details belong on your public page with you.

Please send business information only. Keep residents and visitors out of room photos, and check for names, charts or medication labels in the background. Leave out resident records, completed admission forms, employee files, personal identification and payment-card details. Use photos you own or have permission to share.

Your files, connected to your purchase

Upload your materials in one place.

Upload your finished wording, business information and photos. We arrange the supplied content for you.

Your provider account

After payment, open the upload area in the same account. Add your public gallery photos and supporting business documents in their separate areas, then submit the materials for setup.

Our team organizes your supplied wording and photos and provides a profile preview.

Keep resident records, private personnel information, personal identification and payment-card details out of your uploads. Your supporting documents are for profile preparation and stay separate from the public photo gallery.
