SCHEDULING
- After purchase, BestCareMatch will contact you to confirm service area, facility access, and a mutually scheduled visit date. Purchase creates a service request; an appointment is not scheduled until confirmed in writing.
MILEAGE FEES
Base service fee: $597 (launch price) / $697 (regular)
Mileage surcharge:
- – 0–10 miles: No additional charge (included)
- – 11–20 miles: Add $25
- – 21–30 miles: Add $50
- – 31–40 miles: Add $75
- – 41–50 miles: Add $100

Example: 25 miles from our office = $597 + $50 = $647 (launch price)
