This is a professional visual-media production and hosted-showcase service for Washington Adult Family Home and Assisted Living Facility providers. It is designed to communicate physical setting and spatial flow; it is not an inspection, certification, verification, endorsement, or rating program.
BestCareMatch captures provider-approved facility areas on site, subject to access, privacy, safety, and project-scope requirements.
Selected 360° captures are prepared as a navigable viewing experience that can communicate how approved spaces relate to one another.
Receive at least 20 professionally edited still images. Final subjects and coverage depend on site conditions and approved capture areas.
Project timing is an estimate and may vary with facility size, access, preparation, privacy conditions, and the agreed capture scope.
After provider review and approval, the completed walkthrough and selected photographs are incorporated into a dedicated BestCareDirectory.com profile. The included term begins on public activation.

BestCareDirectory.com is in development. This purchase nevertheless includes preparation and activation of a dedicated facility showcase using the provider-approved walkthrough, selected photographs, dated visual context, and approved business information.
After production, BestCareMatch provides a private provider review/share link. Following written approval and completion of applicable privacy, accuracy, technical, and publication checks, the facility profile may be activated as a direct Founding Facility Showcase before the full directory search-and-browse experience launches.
The included six-month hosted-display term begins on the date the profile first becomes publicly viewable—not on the purchase, scheduling, or photography date.
If continuation is not purchased, the premium walkthrough and hosted photo gallery will be archived at the end of the included term. Any basic factual directory record is governed by then-current directory terms and provider permissions. BestCareMatch may delay, correct, suspend, or remove media when privacy, accuracy, technical, legal, safety, or publication-standard concerns require it.

Does checkout automatically confirm the appointment?
No. Checkout begins the post-purchase scheduling review. The appointment is finalized after BestCareMatch confirms the service location, scheduling availability, access and privacy requirements, capture scope, and any applicable travel fee.
Is the countdown a live reservation timer?
No. It displays inclusive calendar days remaining in the dated introductory offer using Pacific Time. It does not show appointment inventory, hold a date, or create artificial checkout urgency.
Does the service verify care quality or regulatory compliance?
No. The service produces visual media. It does not inspect, certify, approve, rate, or verify a facility, and it does not replace current DSHS licensing, enforcement, inspection, or public-record review.
Is BestCareDirectory.com included now?
Yes. This purchase includes preparation and six months of hosted display for a dedicated, provider-approved facility showcase. BestCareDirectory.com’s complete search-and-browse experience is still in development, so a profile may first be activated through a direct Founding Facility Showcase URL. The included term begins when the profile first becomes publicly viewable.
When does the six-month hosted-display term begin?
It begins on the date the approved facility profile first becomes publicly viewable. It does not begin at checkout, during scheduling, or on the photography date.
What happens after the included six months?
The provider may affirmatively choose continued hosted display at $29 per month or $297 per year. There is no automatic enrollment or charge. If continuation is not purchased, the premium walkthrough and hosted photo gallery will be archived at the end of the included term; any basic factual directory record remains subject to then-current directory terms and provider permissions.
Is this an instant download or self-service software product?
No. This is a scheduled on-site photography, production, and hosted-showcase service. After production, BestCareMatch coordinates access to a private provider review/share link. Written provider approval and applicable publication checks precede public activation; checkout does not provide instant finished media.
What can affect final coverage?
Facility size, site readiness, lighting, access, privacy, resident or visitor presence, safety conditions, approved and excluded areas, scheduling constraints, and the confirmed project scope can affect capture and final coverage.
