For eligible paid books, ebooks, PDFs and designated products, subject to any longer applicable return period.

60 days

Eligible placements

Minimum review after move-in, only under a separately approved placement agreement and after facility fee collection.

$25

Monthly payout

Your cleared balance qualifies for the next monthly payment cycle once it reaches $25.

1. Eligible products and commission rates

50%: Eligible paid BestCareMatch books and reading resources identified in the partner offer list. Free resources do not produce a commission.
20%: The designated Washington AFH & ALF Inspection-Ready Compliance System product only. This is a Washington-specific offer and is not a nationwide care-system offer.
Other products and services: No commission unless identified in a separate written approved offer. Installation, professional services and other service bookings are excluded by default.

Commissions are calculated on the qualifying product line amount actually paid after discounts and excluding taxes, delivery/shipping charges and separate fees. Product eligibility and exact agreed rates will appear in the approved partner account.

2. When product commissions clear

Eligible digital-book and PDF commissions enter a 30-day review period after successful order payment and access or fulfillment. Physical-book commissions clear after the applicable return period measured from delivery, if that ends later than the standard review. Returns, canceled orders, disputes or necessary corrections before clearance may reduce or cancel a pending commission.

This review is BestCareMatch’s operating policy. It is not a federal requirement for all book sellers to give buyers 30 days to return a purchase. Customer refund eligibility is controlled by the relevant product terms and applicable consumer law.

3. Private-Pay Care Referral Partner arrangements

Washington in-person private-pay placements: a qualified, approved Private-Pay Care Referral Partner may earn 10% of the eligible net placement fee BestCareMatch actually collects and retains, subject to written agreement and legal clearance before compensated referral activity. For example, a $8,000 qualifying retained placement fee would yield a $800 partner share. This example is illustrative, not a promised result.

Nationwide online private-pay referrals: agreements, state-specific eligibility and rates are reviewed individually and disclosed in writing before any compensated referrals. The Washington rate does not automatically apply in other states.

Private-pay placement commissions are available only for approved arrangements involving privately funded care and otherwise permitted under applicable laws. *Medicare- or Medicaid-funded placements are not eligible for paid referral commissions under this BestCareMatch program. This is a commission-eligibility rule, not a restriction on families seeking care guidance. Being private-pay does not by itself establish that a paid referral is lawful. Healthcare-professional and publicly funded program referrals may be subject to additional restrictions.

An eligible placement commission cannot clear before the latest of 60 days following the resident’s move-in, BestCareMatch receiving the eligible facility fee, and the end of any longer contractual or legally required fee-refund period. Fees and any permitted adjustments are documented in the individual agreement. No partner may promise compensation before BestCareMatch confirms approval in writing.

4. Monthly payout and minimum

BestCareMatch reviews cleared balances monthly. When the available, verified balance reaches at least $25, payment is scheduled in the next normal monthly payout cycle. Smaller balances carry forward until the minimum is met. Payment requires a valid payout method and any necessary identity and tax verification.

Payments are reported in the partner’s account currency where supported. Currency conversion charges and payment-service fees, if any, will be disclosed before payment. International participation depends on supported payment and compliance requirements.

5. Referral-link attribution

A qualifying affiliate link provides an intended 30-day tracking window after a valid visitor click. The tracking period is separate from how long an earned commission remains pending. Browser or privacy settings may limit automatic attribution; only purchases successfully credited by the tracking system qualify.

Self-referrals, duplicate transactions, manipulated orders and nonqualifying products are excluded. Attribution rules must be applied consistently and shown in the partner agreement.

6. Cleared commissions

Once a legitimate product commission is cleared, BestCareMatch does not ordinarily deduct it for a later customer refund or routine cardholder dispute. This assurance does not protect fraudulent, duplicate or incorrectly credited commissions. A separate signed agreement controls any exceptional adjustment to placement commissions, especially where facility fees are later refunded.

7. Clear disclosures and responsible promotion

Partners must disclose commission-based recommendations clearly and close to their affiliate links, follow applicable advertising and privacy laws, and use truthful descriptions. Do not upload residents’ private or medical details into the partner dashboard.

8. Our transparency commitment

We aim to make this a nationwide partner program known for straightforward terms. Before a partner begins a compensated activity, BestCareMatch will identify the approved rate, what qualifies, the calculation basis, clearing conditions, and how to raise a payment question. Product-affiliate reporting belongs in the private affiliate account; eligible private-pay placement referrals must be documented in a separately authorized secure workflow. We do not display residents’ medical or other sensitive information in affiliate reporting.

9. Questions and records

Approved partners will be able to review attribution, pending commissions, cleared balances, and payout history in their private dashboard. Questions about a particular credited order are handled through the partner support process without exposing customer medical or payment information.

This public policy explains the BestCareMatch Partner Program’s intended commission rules. An approved partner’s accepted agreement controls participation, and separate signed terms govern any eligible placement-related arrangements. Applicable consumer protections and local law take priority.
