The affiliate system provides an account-specific view of approved tracked sales, links and commissions once activated. This area is for Product Affiliates; private-pay care referrals follow a separately approved agreement and secure referral process.
How commissions clear
Eligible product commissions clear after a 30-day review, or a longer applicable physical-product return period. The 30-day link tracking window is separate from commission review.
Monthly partner payments
Once your cleared, verified balance reaches $25, it qualifies for the next monthly payout cycle. Approved private-pay care referral arrangements follow separate legal terms and a minimum 60-day review after move-in, fee collection and applicable longer refund periods.

Washington in-person private-pay referrals may qualify for 10% of the eligible net placement fee BestCareMatch retains, after written approval and legal review. Online private-pay referral rates are determined separately by jurisdiction and agreement.
