Washington private-pay care referrals*
Qualified Private-Pay Care Referral Partners may earn 10% of the eligible net placement fee BestCareMatch actually collects and retains for an approved Washington in-person private-pay placement. Eligibility, a signed agreement, and legal approval are required before paid referrals begin.
*Private-pay placement commissions only. Medicare- or Medicaid-funded placements are not eligible for paid partner referral commissions under this program. This restriction concerns partner compensation, not whether a family can request care guidance. Every compensated care referral must meet applicable state and federal requirements and be approved under a separate written agreement. For illustration, 10% of an eligible $8,000 placement fee retained by BestCareMatch is $800, not a guaranteed payout. Other states and online private-pay placement arrangements are individually reviewed.
Product commissions apply only to approved eligible products and qualifying completed sales. Free books carry no monetary commission. Installation, inspections, photography, services and other unlisted products are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

Why the 30-day commission review?
It allows time to confirm payment, delivery, refunds and corrections. It is a BestCareMatch program rule, not a universal federal refund mandate. Valid cleared commissions are not ordinarily reversed for later customer refunds.
What is a Private-Pay Care Referral Partner?
An approved person or organization that introduces eligible families seeking privately funded long-term care. Washington in-person private-pay referrals may qualify for 10% of the eligible agency fee actually retained, under a signed agreement and legal review. Nationwide online private-pay referral terms are reviewed separately. No paid referral commissions are available under this program for Medicare- or Medicaid-funded placements.
Do I need another account if I have a family or provider account?
Yes. Your Partner Account is a distinct private workspace. Use a separate email address for the partner role so that your dashboards and permissions remain clear.
