Enhanced is a paid profile option, not a care-quality rating or endorsement. Families should confirm licensing, services, availability, and suitability directly with the provider.

The example uses a public record. It does not present that care home as a BestCareMatch customer or an Enhanced subscriber. Enhanced photos, descriptions, and availability must come from an authorized owner and remain clearly attributed and dated.

Include the care-home name, physical location, care category, business phone and email, your role, and the Basic or Enhanced option you want to discuss.
Review the information and terms
We’ll go through your details with you, confirm that you’re authorized to manage the listing, and explain what else we need. You’ll see the plan terms and any charges before you enroll.
Approve your profile
Review the profile details before publication. Submit owner-approved photos and service information for an Enhanced Profile, and tell us when details change.
Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in a paid plan, create an automatic subscription, or guarantee publication or placement referrals. Do not send resident records or private health information with a listing inquiry.
